The four-sided chapter structure and bonus content are identical. The reissue's back cover adds a full staff and cast credit block that the original back did not carry.

The 1989 reissue. ポニーキャニオン — the label had renamed from ポニー by then. ¥7,800 ex-tax, down from ¥13,800. The production management number (生産管理No.G138F0117) carries the original pressing's catalog number forward. The reissue back adds the full staff and cast credit column that the original's back omitted — the complete 創映新社 production credits, printed three years after initial release.
Inner gatefold — double-page panoramic spread, black background. Dense grid of production cels spanning the full film: A子 close-up portraits (multiple angles), action sequences, C子 scenes, B子 in battle, mecha and spacecraft against space backgrounds. 24+ frames, no text, no captions. The visual range of 森山ゆうじ's animation presented as a reference spread.

Eight CLV chapter stops: プロジェクトAシークレットファイル first, then 特報（フランス語ヴァージョン） — a French-language promotional piece indicating the film had reached international distribution channels. Theatrical trailer. TV spots in two types (Aタイプ and Bタイプ), each in 30-second and 15-second cuts. イベント用ダイジェストフィルム last. The Secret File program was released separately on VHS. The LD is the format where the main feature and the supplementary library are a single object — which is what the "Perfect Disc" name describes.

Thirty-four named CAV stops across three sides index B子's mechanical escalations with precision: B子の挑戦 PART1 through PART4 each parenthetically labeled for the suit deployed. The chapter naming treats the escalation sequence as the structural spine of the film — which it is.
